How long will it take to deliver my order ?

 

For orders placed on the site acoté.com, the delivery time can vary from 2 to 3 working days, excluding weekend and public holidays. Delays can be lengthened during heavy commercial activities.

BEWARE: orders made from August 10 to August 17 will be shipped from monday 20th.

I still have not received my package, what to do?

 

In case you have not received your package after 6 days following your order, and no notification has been sent to you from our carriers, you can contact our customer service by email at eshop@acote.fr

 

 

How to return a product ?

You have a delay of 14 days after reception of your order placed on www.acoté.com to return partially or entirely your purchases.

 

The returned products can be exchanged or refunded if they do not suit you.

 

Items must be returned in their original packaging and original state (they must not have been worn nor washed), along with all tags. Please check that straps or other removable accessories are included in your return.

  

Please fill out the return form with the returned products references, quantities and colour, whether you want a refund or an exchange, and the reason for your return.

 

Insert the return form in your parcel with the returned products. Make sure that the parcel is protected and well-sealed.
